Having started his career in the Wealth & Asset Management division at EY, James has since served in advisory and in-house investment roles, both advising funds and executing investments, with deal sizes ranging from $10m to $2B.

Conrad's impressive career includes co-founding data and AI company C3 Business Solutions in 2006, which was acquired by EY in 2015. At EY, Conrad served as a Partner and later became the Global Chief Data Officer, providing a deep understanding of AI and data throughout its full lifecycle. With experience at prestigious firms like PwC and IBM, Conrad is a sought-after senior advisor for AI, capital strategy, and transaction structuring.
